不同于出版物，如果引用的是电子资源里的内容，格式较为简单，只有两类，但也有四点需要注意：
(1)如果文件中没有显示日期，用n. d代替；
(2)如果没有显示人名，可以用机构名代替，作为作者名使用；
(3)如果作者名没有给出，用文件名开头；
(4)如果该文件来自某一大学或政府部门的网站，在网站地址前标明该机构或相关部门的名字 。
