1.我到处看看或过来到处看看英文怎么写请问你所提问的到处看看是指到处闲逛（悠闲的感觉）的意思么？如果是那么， I hang around . 或者I get around.
如果是到处看看是带有审视，搜索的情感色彩那么， I look around. or I search around.
如果有强烈的类似于巡逻的意味在里边那么， I am on patrol.我正在巡逻
