番茄酱英文怎么写( 二 ) _番茄酱

如果你想自己动手做意大利菜里的那种西红柿酱，这个就是你的最佳选择。去网上搜搜的话，各家美食频道主持人和厨师们所讲的HomemadeTomato Sauce（自家秘制的番茄酱），原料皆为此物。
5号番茄酱：Marinara Sauce 这个……英文定义都不明确，就不用说中文了。据说这个词来源于意大利语“Marinaro”，而marinaro在意大利语里的意思是“海”……光是维基英文版上就有两个不太一样的解释。
其中一个写得比较详细的说（只能挑详细的说了），这是一个美式意大利术语，用来指加了香料的番茄酱。事实上这个酱据说传统意大利家庭一家一个版本，加不同的香料，加肉，加海鲜，加蘑菇，加甜椒，基本上想加什么就加什么（我是这么觉得的）。
说得简单点，这个酱基本上就是已经做好的意大利面酱料，里面什么都有，可以什么都不用再加了。再就是说你煮碗意大利面条，用这个酱拌巴拌巴就能充当一份西餐厅里卖的意粉啦。
关于marinara的中文翻译……Google词典翻译成“大蒜番茄酱”，百度跟着Google走，一模一样的翻译。为什么要强调大蒜呢？百思不能其解。
爱词霸的翻译是“现代英汉综合大词典：[意]杂菜的”……摸不着头脑的翻译。最后只有海词只给两个翻译：n.（意大利烹饪用的含西红柿、大蒜、洋葱等调制成的）海员式沙司；adj. [意]杂菜的。
多么复杂的一个单词啊…… 其实后面四种番茄酱虽然不同，多少都可以用来煮意大利面啊做个别的慢煮什么的，彼此之间多少有互通，可是后面四个和1号番茄酱，互通点就少多了。最简单的也是最重要的，后面四个都可以用来做意粉，1号。
