一般注意事项:
1. 不要做缩写 。比如doesn't要写成does not
2. 文章开门见山,不用寒暄太多 。
3. 一定采用书面语言,比如收到写成receive,不用got
4. 不要在句尾轻易用感叹号,注意标点符号的使用 。逗号句号后面一定空格 。
5. 写完全文要写落款:sincerely加上逗号然后再在一行的开写上你的名字
6. 名字就是自己的英文名(如果对方已经知道你的英文名字)如果给陌生的外国人发邮件的话,就是名字的拼音 。比如张小明就是Xiaoming Zhang
