周文华，字周文、笔名周济，号瀚墨斋主。1965年9月生于湖南益阳洞庭湖畔，听力残疾。自幼酷爱书画，现为专职书画、篆刻家、装裱家。
擅长写意山水、花鸟画。湿地水墨画。水墨虾，自成一派。继承著名山水画家颜地画法，不受传统笔法皴法所限，在墨色中有西画的光面体效果。有幸近观临摹颜地收藏古今画家真迹，开拓眼界，学到古今成功画家笔墨真谛。与齐派的写意虾相合之风跃然纸上，笔墨成趣、形神兼备。还致力于书法行草、篆刻。书法潇洒、飘逸且有劲道。篆刻宗秦玺汉印，后受清代印人之影响，博采现代诸家，操刀钢劲，印风老辣。代表作品《墨虾图》被越南民族学博物馆收藏。《南国艺术》、《名家》、《中国美术》等国家级刊物多次刊登其优秀作品。曾被授予“世界艺术家”、“德艺双馨全国十佳国画家”、“中国实力派书画家”。
Born in September 1965 on the shores of Dongting Lake in Yiyang, Hunan, Zhou Wenhua is a hearing impaired artist. He has loved painting and calligraphy since childhood and is now a full-time calligrapher, seal carver and framer.

Inheriting the painting method of the famous landscape painter Yan Di, he is not limited by the traditional brushwork and chops, and has the glossy body effect of Western painting in the ink colour. I have had the privilege of closely copying Yan Di's collection of authentic works of ancient and modern painters, opening up my eyes and learning the true meaning of ink and brushwork from successful painters of the past and present. The style of the Qi School of painting and the Qi School of painting and shrimping has leapt onto the paper, and the brush and ink have become interesting, both in form and in spirit. He is also dedicated to calligraphy, cursive and seal carving. His calligraphy is dazzling, elegant and powerful. His seal carving is based on the Qin seal and Han seal, but later he was influenced by the Qing dynasty sealers, and he has drawn on all the modern artists. His representative work, "Ink Shrimp", is in the collection of the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. His works have been published many times in national publications such as Art of the South, Famous Artists and Chinese Art. He has been awarded "World Artist", "Top Ten National Chinese Painters of Virtue and Art" and "Chinese Powerful Calligrapher and Painter".
