1.首先你要有邮箱 。
就像真实生活中要有邮寄地址一样 ， 一般大家都选择163、hotmail、yahoo等网站的邮箱服务功能 ， 你在这些大的门户网站上申请了自己的邮箱 ， 注册网站会员也会附送邮箱
2.有了邮箱就可以写信了 。
