方法:
1首先jiāng西qínjìng后,沥干shuǐ分,切成比较长点de段;
2同时jiāng杏仁剥去外衣,清jìng,虾仁yòngshuǐjìng,加上yánliào酒,抓拌均匀,再加上淀粉,抓拌均匀备yòng
3锅zhōng添上shuǐ,待shuǐ煮开后,放chùhǎode杏仁,焯shuǐ后,捞出;
4待锅zhōngdeshuǐ煮开后,下西qín,焯shuǐ后,捞出,沥干shuǐ分;
5chǎozhōng添上yóu,待yóushāo热后,放jiāng末,爆chǎo出香wèi,放虾仁;
6待chǎo至虾仁变色后,放焯过shuǐde西qín和杏仁,翻chǎo均匀后;
7加上适liàngdeyán、香yóu和鸡精diàowèi,拌匀,
