【美人鱼鲜奶蛋糕的做法】

材料:
蛋糕
低筋面粉 150克、干酵母 1茶勺、盐 1/4茶勺、白糖 25克、鸡蛋 1个、牛奶 50毫升、黄油 30克 。
鲜奶油
动物性鲜奶油 200毫升、细砂糖 15克 。
芝士霜
奶油奶酪 50克、细砂糖 25克、动物性鲜奶油 160毫升 。
做法:
1.将低筋面粉与干酵母、盐、白糖混合均匀;
2.加入鸡蛋、牛奶,搅拌至面糊光滑;
3.加入柔软的黄油,继续搅拌至面团中的黄油被完全混合;
4.覆盖面团,静置1-2小时,等待发酵;
5.发酵膨胀后 , 将面团揉成圆形,分成两个面团,揉成椭圆形;
6.将面团放入模具内,烤箱预热至180度,烤20-25分钟;
7.将烤好的蛋糕取出,静置待凉;
8.动物性鲜奶油加入细砂糖,打至硬性发泡状 , 放冰箱冷藏备用;
9.奶油奶酪加入细砂糖,搅拌均匀,加入动物性鲜奶油,再次搅拌;
